This turkey pot call comes with two playable surfaces, crystal and slate, which gives the caller versatility when in the woods. The crystal will produce a higher pitched and louder sound with the ability to reach out to birds even on windy days. The slate will have a lower, softer, tone to use at close range.
The crystal surface come with an oval bead blasted area to begin calling right out of the packaging. If needed the caller can scuff this or any other portion of the crystal to change or create the sound they are looking for.
As always, each of our pot calls comes with a flared-tip purple heart striker with purchase.
